Shipping Info
Please allow 3 business days in addition to your shipping time for your order to be processed. It could be anywhere from 1 to 5 days to process depending on such things as:

* If there are no questions on your orders.

* What time of the day we receive your order.

* Shipping delays due to the holidays, etc.

* General efficiency of the postal service(s)

Domestic orders (Denmark) are sent with priority mail, and should arrive 1-2 days from shipping.

European orders are sent with priority mail. Arrival date depends on local postal services.

Orders outside Denmark and the EU are sent with priority mail. Arrival date depends on local postal services.

- CD's are packed in bubble wrapped envelopes. Track'n'trace is not available. If you wish to place an order with track'n'trace, please contact us on fusskalt@gmail.com instead, and we will work out the details and shipping costs.

ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES THAT ARE LEVIED ON THE ORDERED PACKAGE, AND/OR CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS AND REGULATIONS REQUIRED ONCE IT REACHES ITS FINAL COUNTRY OF DELIVERY ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT.

Return Policy
We will exchange a faulty CD with a new one, provided the fault is related to the production (i.e. bad disc or print). We will not exchange CD's due to postal handling damage, as this is beyond our control. CD's are packed in bubble wrapped envelopes for safe travel.
Faulty CD's must be returned to us at your own expense, before a replacement can be shipped. There are no refunds on CD's and shipping costs.
